3. Free Sketch Revisions: You can request up to two free revisions to the sketch to ensure it meets your expectations.

4. Partial Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied with the design after revisions, we'll refund half of your deposit.

5. Deposit Payment After Finalization: Once the sketch is approved (finalized), we require payment of the remaining deposit (half of the total amount) to begin purchasing the shoes and start customization.

6. Final Product Review: When the custom sneakers are complete, we'll send you photos for final confirmation.

7. Final Payment & Shipping: After you confirm the final product, we'll collect the remaining balance and ship your custom sneakers.
